If you would like to list your one-of-a-kind villa or boutique hotel with us, we would love to hear from you.


We charge absolutely nothing to list with us, and only 12% commission if we do secure you a booking, which

is substantially lower than other OTA’s.

Given the uncertain current tourism landscape, we do not require marketing exclusivity on your property.


We understand that due to the pandemic and the stressful knock-on effect it has had on hospitality, property investors need to market more aggressively, and to “spread the net further” in order to increase bookings.


We are both avid travellers, and have lived in London, Hong Kong, Amsterdam and Austria, and as such have a healthy network of loyal international, as well as local clients, and pride ourselves on securing like-minded, discerning globe-trotters who are passionate about travel and unique experiences, as well as the finer things in life.

We have also just partnered with a luxury London PR firm, and as such Happy Host Villas is now marketed with the concierges at 200 of London’s top hotels (the likes of The Dorchester, Claridges & The Westbury to name but a few) and are confident that this will be a successful exercise in getting an increased number of international bookings at all of our properties.


We market very frequently across our large social media following on Facebook & Instagram, our website & blogs, as well as through old fashioned word-of-mouth, which in our digital society, still continues to remain one of the most trusted and successful marketing tools available.


Our “no-bookings, no-fee” model works perfectly in the current climate, given property investors are understandably worried about the uncertain future of tourism, and therefore hesitant about outlaying extra marketing costs with no guaranteed returns.


We also offer a full range of end-to-end villa management services, from the bookings side all the way to check ins and check outs, cleaning, maintenance, guest support and everything in between.
